What is the arrival and departure time?
Check-in is possible from 4 p.m. and checkout must be done no later than 11 a.m.
Where can I park?
You can park in the street for free (avenue Lajarrige), just in front of the building.
Is there a baby cot/high chair available?
Yes, a foldable baby cot and a high chair are available in the apartment.
Are towels provided?
Yes, towels are provided as well as dark colored washcloths.
What about the cleaning?
Cleaning is systematically done between each reservation, the cleaning fees being included in the night price.
Is the bed made on my arrival?
Yes, the bed in the bedroom will have been prepared.
On the other hand, the convertible sofas will be… in the form of sofas (therefore folded up and therefore without all the bed linen).
For them, everything you need (pillows, duvets, etc.) is in the cupboards.
Wi-Fi ... is it free?
Yes, of course, with fiber optic connection.
Is smoking allowed in the apartment?
No, smoking in the appartment is strictly forbidden … however there is a balcony!
How is the arrival in the accommodation and the handing over of the keys?
Once the booking is made and confirmed, you will automatically receive an email containing two links (two URLs) allowing you to open the lobby door of the building and the apartment door.
Clicking on the link (from a smartphone for example) opens a web page with 2 icons: a closed padlock to close, and an open padlock to open. You can’t get mistaken!
As for the rest of the stay, you will find keys (real keys !) in the apartment on your arrival.
Is the apartment suitable for teleworking?
There is space to put a laptop (the table in the living room), something to sit in front of… and then a power outlet next to it to recharge the laptop… and of course the essential Wi-Fi connection. So yes it is!
Are animals allowed?
Unfortunately no…
How does the deposit work?
The day before check-in, you will receive an email inviting you to proceed with the deposit, in the amount of € 300, by credit card.
If your stay is less than 6 nights, your bank account will not be debited, and the transaction will only appear as “pending” on your bank’s website (terminology may differ depending on the bank).
Otherwise, the account will be debited with the corresponding amount, then credited with the same amount after check-out (subject to the condition of the apartment of course).
Are there any local tax to pay?
Yes, but you do not have to deal with it.
It is included in the price, and we take care of the remit to the municipality.
Are there minimum / maximum lengths of stay?
Stays are possible for one night only, and up to three months.
Can I book accommodation for a party or event?
No, noises likely to disturb the neighborhood are not allowed, neither in the accommodation nor in the common areas.
Thus, all parties, soirée, events … are strictly prohibited in the accommodation, which is also equipped for this purpose with a noise detector (dB).
